Verity Allen
I have over 10 years’ teaching experience in private, mainstream and special needs schools and operate my own private teaching practice. I use my primary teacher training skills to bring the best out of my students, tailoring to suit their needs and encouraging a love of music and performing.
I trained with international clarinet soloist David Campbell - http://www.campbelldavid.com/ - for 3 years whilst studying for my English degree at University of Kent. I gave solo performances throughout Canterbury, performed in the Canterbury Music Festival & have been part of a numerous of ensembles & orchestras since then.
I am familiar with all the main exam boards and my pupils regularly do well in exams.
